Cars Rental Policies
Lost Keys
In case of lost keys, you will be charged with the replacement cost.
Traffic Fines
Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renter’s expense.
Gasoline – Fuel
All our vehicles consume Unleaded 95. Renter pays for the gasoline consumed during the rental period. If the car is returned with the same quantity of fuel, there is no extra charge.If the car is returned with less fuel, there is a charge of 15,00 euros plus the cost of the missing fuel. We will not pay any compensation for additional gasoline left by the costumer.
Driving License
A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.
Your National diving license is accepted, however if it is not printed in English you will need to arrange for an International Driving License.
Additional Driver
In every rental,only the driver is covered. In case that someone else wants to drive, should have with him,his driving license, in order to be reported as additional drivers in the contract. This service has a daily cost.
Baby Seats
Children Seats are available with a daily cost, with maximum debit of 10 days.They should be mentioned at the reservation.
Driving Restrictions
Our vehicles are rented for use on Meteora and Kalabaka area only. They cannot be used off-road. Damages from malicious or grossly negligent actions or to the underside of the vehicle are not covered by an insurance.
Taxes
All our rates include 24% VAT.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 23.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: As It Left.
Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.

cash on deposit, VISA and Master Card.
Cancelation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, there will be no cancellation fees charged. In the event of cancelling less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent of 20% of your booking value will be charged. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the booking value.
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO COMPLETE AN ACCIDENT REPORT FORM, REGARDLESS HIS RESPONSIBILITY, ACCORDING TO THE ARTICLE K70 OF THE GREEK LAW K70.
